With prior experience of over a decade of deals and corporate finance experience at KPMG, Nada has a fingerprint in every landmark transaction over the past 12 years. As a Corporate Finance Director, Nada has worked hand in hand with Haytham in building the Corporate Finance practice at KPMG, in mentoring an entire team and in bringing a reputable brand image in the market to life.

Nada is committed, time-efficient and creative in finding solutions that cater for each client’s needs. Having worked with clients in different stages, from start-ups to well-known market players, and with superior technical skills, flexibility and genuine dedication, clients’ interests and wellbeing are always her utmost priority.

Her experience in the corporate finance services include leading blue-chip clients’ deals and advisory projects including debt advisory, acquisitions and disposals of investments, and feasibility studies. Nada is responsible for the team training and mentoring, project planning and execution in the most time-efficient manner, financial modelling and analysis, quality review, and client presentations and discussions in various sub-services and across a wide spectrum of industries.
